The Registrar of Companies announces that the deadline for payment of the Annual Company Fee, for the year of 2021, is extended until March 31, 2022
The Registrar of Companies announces that the Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry on December 21, 2021 has issued a decree under Article 391 (5) (b) of the Companies Law Chapter 113 according to which the deadline for payment by the registered companies of the Annual Fine, for the year of 2021, is extended until March 31, 2022, without the imposition of any additional charges.
Payments of annual fees for the years 2018 and onward will be made either through the JCCSMART website or at the Department cash desk.
Regarding the previous years 2012 – 2017, the payments will be made either at the cash desk of the Department, or through the website of the Registrar of Companies after the company has been connected to the Government Portal “Ariadne”.
