The Limassol Municipality decided to impose a professional tax/annual trade license fee on all companies having their registered office address in Limassol for the year 2019, for the amount of €150.
The annual license fee for legal entities in a group of companies is €85 per entity and for inactive (dormant) companies, the annual license fee is set at €50.
Clients and companies should arrange settlement of this fee, as per the methods of payment indicated on their invoice prior to the deadline date indicated, which is the 31st of March 2020. Failure to settle the invoice by 31/3/2020 will result to a surcharge (penalty) of 10% on the amount due.
