Demetra Investments’ half-year results indicate profits of almost €5 million, compared with the €1.4 million losses sustained in the corresponding period of 2013.
The company, situated in Limassol, is a Cyprus-based closed-end investment fund. It was incorporated in 1999 and, since then, has become one of the largest investment companies listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Over the years, it has adhered to a self-professed focus of managing its investment portfolio efficiently, by deploying capital in key opportunities consistent with its investment strategy.
