Global Finance has announced that its “Best Sub-Custodian Bank 2014” for Cyprus has been awarded to Bank of Cyprus.
The selection criteria included the quality of services offered, the effective settlement of transactions, the relationship with clients, and other aspects of custody services.
The Custody & Trust Department of Bank of Cyprus offers a comprehensive range of services for most financial markets worldwide, including Cyprus and Greece. The services offered include safekeeping of titles, settlement of transactions, execution of corporate actions, proxy voting, collection and tax treatment of coupons and dividends.
Bank of Cyprus also acts as a Custodian for International Collective Investment Schemes, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, Provident Funds, Pension Schemes, Insurance companies, and Investment companies.
Custodian services supplement a wide range of products and services offered by Wealth, Brokerage & Asset Management Division of Bank of Cyprus, which includes Private Banking, Institutional Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Global Brokerage, and Energy & Investment Strategy.
