Elena holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of LaVerne and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of London, Βirkbeck. Elena is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Cyprus in the Department of Business and Public Administration.
Moreover, she is a Certified Psychometric assessor by the British Psychological Society (BPS), a European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at the Senior Practitioner Level, an EMCC Accredited Team Coach at Practitioner Level and a 3 Brains Certified Coach, applying the most successful neuroscience techniques in her coaching practice.
Throughout the last 20 years, Elena Maniatopoulou Hadjipanayi excelled professionally in operations, management of HR departments, strategic HR business partnering and consulting, training, coaching and mentoring.
Elena will provide innovative, customised HR management solutions and be our clients trusted business partner to support them in activating their potential for achieving their business goals effectively and efficiently.
