Options to buy data storage firm based in Greece |
The Board of Directors of Options Cassoulides Plc (OPT) has examined a proposal to acquire a data storage and management of natural and electronic filing systems as well as the special destruction and/or recycling of confidential material company based in Greece. The target company partially belongs to the family of Pavlos Savvides (executive chairman of the Group). The final decision is subject to a feasibility study that will be performed and presented by an external consultant to the Group’s Board. Furthermore, the Board decided the postponement of possible share and rights issue.
