The investing public is informed that the interest for the quarter 20/02/2009 -19/05/2009 on the floating rate Capital Securities Series B issued by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will be paid on 20th May 2009.
The record date for those eligible to the interest payment is 11th May 2009, that is holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities who will be registered in the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) on the 11th May 2009 will be eligible to the interest payment.
Furthermore, those eligible to the interest payment will be holders of the above mentioned Capital Securities following off-the-Exchange transfers completed on the record date.
The ex-interest date is 7th May 2009.
The interest rate on the Capital Securities Series B for the quarter 20/02/2009-19/05/2009 is 3,00%.
The investing public is also informed that Bank of Cyprus will redeem in whole the Capital Securities Series B at par on the 20th May 2009. The last date of trading of the Capital Securities Series B on the Cyprus Stock Exchange is May 6th 2009.
